Shipping 

Orders are typically processed by NHRTNC within 1-3 business days of checkout. You will receive an email when your order has been shipped. This only confirms that your order was packaged and dropped off to our shipping carrier from which point you can track your order directly via USPS.com or using the Shop App. 

Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, there may be delays in shipping time. In order to keep shipping costs low and support our postal service, we use the USPS Priority Shipping. Depending on where your package is going, deliveries typically arrive 1 to 3 business days after being processed by USPS. Tracking and insurance are included. NHRTNC LLC is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in the care of the shipping carrier. We will do our best to provide customers with prompt and fair remedies should a shipping error arise. 

Returns 

We are not accepting returns at this time but we are happy to replace any products that have quality issues or arrive damaged so long as you contact us within 14 days of delivery. If you have questions or concerns about returning your candles, please email a brief description of the issue and your order number to support@nhrtnc.com.
